Rates
All rates are for four people and do not include taxes. Taxes include 5.5% county and state tax as well as 4% local room tax. Additional charge for occupancy over four. 2010 Weekly summer rates: $725.00 (for up to four persons). Additional charge of $50 per week per person. We do not accept reservations prior to the season for shorter than a week in the summer. However, if there are openings close to the desired time, we will accept reservations for less than a week. Inquire at the time for rates. Fall and spring: Two night minimum. $115 per night on the weekend, $105 during the week. For summer rentals a $275.00 deposit is requested in January upon receipt of a letter sent to those with reservations. For spring and fall rentals, deposit information will be given at the time of the reservation. All deposits are non-refundable. |
